Matt here! Director at Tudor Sales & Lettings. Like most teenagers, when leaving school, I didn’t have a clue what to do, other than having the dream of becoming a professional golfer! When reality hit home, coming to the conclusion that earning a living from playing golf wasn’t possible, I decided to join the family business. At the time of joining, Tudor Sales & Lettings specialized in Lettings only. To further my knowledge within the lettings industry, I decide to take my ARLA Qualification. After 12 months of studying, I finally became a fully qualified ARLA Member. Years later, I became a director of the company and decided to re-enter Tudor Sales & Lettings into property sales. 2017 was a massive year, opening the doors at our Garforth High Street branch, since then, we have never looked back and have been nominated for the British Property Awards for best Estate Agents 2018. If you don’t find me working, I will more than likely be on the golf course, still chasing the golfing dream.

Hi there, I joined the team in March 2018 as Branch Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator. Being the Garforth girl that I am, I have good knowledge of Garforth and the surrounding areas. My main job role is managing our fantastic team and ensuring all sales complete as smoothly as possible, as quickly as possible. Client satisfaction is our main priority at Tudor Sales & Lettings, our team goes above and beyond! Outside of work i like to spend all my time with my amazing daughter Isla who keeps us both entertained, both day and night!

Hi, I’m Geoff, also known as GT! I have the best job in the world, i love houses and enjoy the opportunity to look around them. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in property having previously been a financial advisor and have been around sales throughout my working life. I’m also a landlord so understand the pressures that can bring. In my spare time i enjoy playing golf and spending time with my family. Un-usual qualifications that i hold includes Wound Closure Technician and Pokémon Professor (I am an International Judge for the trading card game).

Hi, I’m kate, I have worked in the industry for 16 years, I joined Tudor Sales and Lettings in 2017 as a sales negotiator. My main job role is to ensure sales run smoothly and to assist with completions along side our experienced sales team. In my spare time I enjoy a glass or prosecco or two and spending time with my family.

Margaret began working for Tudor back in May 2003 when they acquired the Estate Agency in Mirfield and moved to the Oulton office August 2011 and finally to the new showroom in Garforth June 2017, Working as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator before progressing on to become the Accounts Administrator.

Being one of the longest-serving members of the Team, Margaret has a keen interest in the property market and is an avid watcher of Homes under the Hammer & Location, Location, Location.

Margaret attended Whitcliffe Mount Grammar School in Cleckheaton and then went on to do a course in Accountancy and Business Studies at Dewsbury Technical College. Before following her passion to work for an Estate Agents Margaret ran the offices of a local Building Contractors based in Liversedge.

In her spare time, Margaret loves to travel and has visited many historical sites around the world taking in the ruins of Egypt, the ancient buildings of Petra and architectural places of interest in Europe. She also includes Pilates, working out at her local gym and going to the Theatre as her favourite pastime along with going to live concerts with her sons and Granddaughter. Since working at Tudor Margaret has become a keen Golfer and has driven a VW for the past 15 years !!!

Hey I’m Dean, I joined the team in July 2022 as a lettings negotiator. Growing up in Temple Newsam, I have a good knowledge of East Leeds and the surrounding areas. Before joining Tudor Sales & Lettings I worked in areas such as finance, project management and even shook some cocktails during the pandemic. When I’m not working I spend valuable time with my family and friends and also love going on a good holiday!
